The Faculty
The Faculty of History combines a number of disciplines whose mutual interest, albeit with varying approaches and methods, is the discovery of the past with all its different aspects and remains. This includes History, Art History and Archaeological Sciences. The Faculty also cooperates with other disciplines whose main focus may not be historical but which include research into the history of their subject, such as Theology, Legal Studies and the Philologies, Social Studies and Economics as well as Archaeometry.
